Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in transactional tax law

• Familiarity with transactional work involving private equity or similar sectors

• Excellent writing, drafting, and communication abilities

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association
