Duties

  • Manage a variety of cases, including Law Division, Chancery, Special Civil, Landlord/Tenant, and Matrimonial matters.
  • Oversee cases from initial consultation through resolution with minimal supervision.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and discovery responses.
  • Conduct depositions and oral arguments, and prepare for trials or arbitrations.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and advocate effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a proven record of success.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in Appellate Court matters is a plus but not mandatory.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
