  • Experience as a Patent or Trademark Attorney.
  • Strong background in electrical, math, physics, computer science, or material science.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Washington, DC Bar.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of patent and trademark law.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
