Duties

• Draft and review a wide array of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Advise clients on structuring estate plans to address tax concerns, asset protection, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
• Offer guidance on succession planning and generational wealth strategies.
• Represent clients in probate-related litigation, such as will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary matters.
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolution through mediation or arbitration.
• Prepare legal correspondence, petitions, motions, and settlement agreements to ensure smooth legal proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in probate law or estate planning.
• Proven experience in estate administration, probate litigation, and related legal services.
• Strong understanding of tax law, asset protection strategies, and probate processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to advise clients effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education
