This boutique firm provides a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members are valued and respected. The firm handles a wide range of probate-related matters, offering the opportunity to work with clients on estate settlement, guardianships, and contested probate cases. Ideal candidates should be motivated, highly organized, and enjoy client interaction.

Duties:

  • Manage estate settlement, probate matters, guardianship, conservatorship, and contested probate cases
  • Represent clients in courtroom settings when required
  • Provide expert advice to clients on legal matters regarding estate administration
  • Handle client communications and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address legal issues and find solutions
  • Travel to satellite offices across Colorado, including locations from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, to meet clients as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in estate administration, probate law, and Guardianship and Conservatorship.
  • Strong understanding of guardianship, conservatorship, and contested probate cases
  • Ability to appear in court and represent clients in probate-related matters
  • Comfortability with traveling to various client meetings across the state
  • Proficiency in legal technology and software tools; strong technical skills are a plus
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused work ethic
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado

Skills:

  • Knowledge of estate law, probate, and related areas
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal software
