Job Overview:

Duties:

• Represent clients in state and federal courts, including preparing and presenting cases.

• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to ensure effective case management.

• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation that are compliant with legal and firm standards.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on various legal matters and case-related issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience in Texas state and federal courts.
• Proven track record of successful case management and legal representation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Membership in the Texas Bar is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
