Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience in Texas state and federal courts.
  • Proven track record of successful case management and legal representation.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Membership in the Texas Bar is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
