Duties

• Provide clients with strategic advice regarding their insurance coverage and claims.
• Manage caseload effectively, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Prepare and present arguments in court, hearings, and depositions as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to formulate defense strategies and case plans.
• Assist in the resolution of complex legal issues within the insurance coverage realm.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation or related fields.
• Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia.
