Estate Planning Attorney

Job Overview:

A law firm in Brentwood, TN is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. This role requires a professional who can take ownership of client matters from start to finish, develop and review estate planning designs, and guide clients through their estate planning journey with expertise and confidence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to the firm's reputation and growth.

Duties:

• Take ownership of client matters, from initial consultation to final document execution, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.
• Develop, draft, and review both basic and advanced estate planning designs tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Meet with clients, listen to their concerns, and guide them through their estate planning journey with clarity and confidence.
• Work independently to uphold and strengthen the firm's reputation through high-quality work.
• Foster and maintain relationships with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals, contributing to the growth and reach of the firm.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of estate planning, probate, and trust administration experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee Bar license.
• Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree is a bonus.
• Experience with WealthCounsel and WealthDocx is a plus.
