• Draft and present legal motions while formulating strategic litigation approaches.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Licensed to practice law in California.

• Experience advocating for clients in both State and Federal court settings.

• Proven ability to manage litigation tasks independently.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Interest in gaining extensive trial experience.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
