Insurance Defense Attorney

A law firm located in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation and will be responsible for handling a variety of complex legal matters related to insurance claims and disputes. Duties

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including property, casualty, and liability claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Ohio.
