Associate Attorney with 5-7 years of experience

Paoli office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience in defending a variety of commercial and personal general liability claims, including premises liability, products liability, auto, and construction-related claims. The candidate will handle pleadings and motion practice and conduct discovery. Perform legal research and analysis. Meet with clients, prepare witnesses, and conduct depositions. Appear in court for conferences and motions. Prepare for and attend hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Trial experience is helpful. PA Bar admission is required.

The candidate must have a proven background and competence in litigation matters, including case analysis and evaluation. Proficiency with litigation guidelines is essential. Superior written and oral communication skills are required.
