This position involves handling high-stakes personal injury cases from initiation to resolution. Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through trial, including drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court.
• Advocate on behalf of clients who have suffered due to corporate negligence or other personal injury incidents.
• Maintain close communication with clients, offering them a personalized and client-focused experience throughout their legal journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of cases, using data-driven processes and technology to optimize case management.
• Prepare and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents required for litigation.
• Conduct thorough research and prepare cases for trial.

Requirements:

• Must hold an active law license in good standing with the South Carolina or North Carolina Bar Associations.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle personal injury cases independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A deep commitment to client advocacy and justice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in South Carolina or North Carolina.

Skills:

• Exceptional legal writing and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills.
