Duties

  • Act as legal counsel on various business transactional matters.

Requirements

  • Admission to the Oregon State Bar (required).

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Oregon State Bar license (required).
  • Washington State Bar license (preferred but not required).
