Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including pre-litigation and litigation stages
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Provide expert legal advice to clients and assist in case strategy development
• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial consultation to settlement or trial
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations on behalf of clients
• Maintain and organize client files, ensuring timely case management
• Collaborate with colleagues and assist in other legal tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in New Jersey
• 1-5 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and the ability to handle a diverse caseload
• Professionalism and a high level of integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
