Job Overview

A law firm seeks a dedicated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in O'Fallon, Illinois. Duties

Requirements

  • Active bar admissions in Illinois and Missouri (required).

  • Additional bar memberships in Iowa, Indiana, or Nebraska (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proven experience in civil litigation, with emphasis on FELA, personal injury, or related areas.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Zoom, and WebEx.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing deadlines effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Membership in good standing with the Illinois and Missouri Bar Associations.
