A law firm in San Francisco is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience, with a preference for employment litigation background, and exceptional academic credentials. Admission to the California Bar is required.

 

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of employment litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues.
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Provide strategic guidance and legal advice to clients on employment-related matters.
  • Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex litigation matters.
  • Assist with alternative dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • 4-6 years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment litigation.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the California Bar.
