A law firm based in Austin, TX, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will work on significant cases for exceptional clients, develop and implement effective strategies, and foster productive relationships with the support team. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Develop and implement pre-litigation strategies for personal injury cases.
  • Work closely with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Conduct legal research and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and legal requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved.
  • Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury cases.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • State Bar certification in Texas.
  • 3-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
