The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and possess significant experience in commercial bankruptcy at a national law firm. This role involves handling complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, providing expert legal counsel, and working closely with clients to achieve their business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in complex bankruptcy and restructuring cases
  • Draft and review legal documents related to bankruptcy and restructuring
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on bankruptcy laws and regulations
  • Provide strategic advice on bankruptcy and restructuring issues
  • Negotiate and structure bankruptcy and restructuring deals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Work closely with other attorneys and support staff on case management
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
  • Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy and restructuring law

Requirements:

  • Excellent academic credentials
  • 2-5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm
  • Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and manage time effectively

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in the state of Arizona

Skills:
