Duties

• Handle complex litigation cases, including product liability matters.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Manage discovery and motion practice.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in complex litigation and product liability.
• Strong academic credentials.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Membership in the State Bar of Texas (preferred).

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
