Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents.
• Collaborate with a team on various litigation matters, including commercial litigation, product liability, and personal injury cases.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and maintain high standards of client service.
• Engage in internal and external relationship-building to support client and team goals.
• Develop creative legal solutions to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Two to six years of experience in complex commercial litigation, product liability, or personal injury litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and project management skills.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the state of Ohio.
