Job Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Supervise and mentor associate attorneys on case-related tasks.

• Assist development through research and investigation, including conducting and defending depositions.
• Review, draft, and prepare discovery responses, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the overall case strategy.
• Adhere to firm policies and practices while producing high-quality work within deadlines.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities as required, including extensive computer work and virtual meetings.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• 3 years of litigation experience, ideally at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
