Duties:

• Handle a range of business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visa petitions (H, O, L, P, I, and E) and immigrant visa applications (PERM, EB-1, EB-2/NIW).
• Provide high-quality legal services to clients, ensuring timely and efficient handling of cases.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting materials, with a high degree of precision.
• Engage with clients, offering guidance and building strong relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in business immigration law.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with H, O, L, P, I, and E nonimmigrant visas, as well as PERM, EB-1, and EB-2/NIW applications.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in drafting legal documents.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for success in the immigration field.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar (specific to jurisdiction).
