A law firm is seeking a Business/Corporate Transactional Attorney to handle a variety of transactional business matters. The ideal candidate will be a WSBA-licensed attorney with a solid background in business transactions, with additional experience in nonprofit and intellectual property law considered a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on a range of business and corporate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
  • Handle compliance and regulatory issues related to corporate transactions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Requirements:

  • WSBA license.
  • Proven experience in transactional business law.
  • Experience with nonprofit organizations and intellectual property is a plus.
