This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level attorney with 5–10 years of experience in transactional real estate law, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development. Duties

  • Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing

  • Represent clients in commercial financing and secured lending matters

  • Provide legal counsel on real estate development and land use processes

  • Draft and negotiate contracts, loan documents, lease agreements, and related transactional documents

  • Review title and survey documents and advise clients on risk management

  • Coordinate with developers, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders

  • Support clients in construction-related transactions (preferred)

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions

  • Proven ability to manage complex real estate matters independently

  • Familiarity with real estate development, leasing, and financing structures

  • Experience in construction transactions (preferred)

  • Portable book of business (preferred but not required)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission to practice law in New Jersey (required)
