Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a passionate and detail-oriented Family Law Associate Attorney to join their growing team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will work alongside senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, estate planning, and civil litigation. Duties:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, affidavits, and contracts.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.

  • Maintain organized client files, ensuring up-to-date information is readily accessible.
  • Attend and represent clients in court hearings and mediations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, staff, and senior attorneys.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Texas Bar License (required).
