Duties:

• Assist in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Perform technical analysis related to mechanical engineering inventions.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop intellectual property strategies for clients.
• Research patentability, freedom to operate, and infringement matters.
• Prepare responses to office actions from patent offices.
• Support attorneys in managing client portfolios and intellectual property assets.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in patent prosecution.

Education:
