A law firm in Orlando, FL, is seeking an experienced Claimants Worker's Compensation Attorney with Florida worker's compensation experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience handling worker's compensation cases and will be responsible for representing claimants in various worker's compensation matters.

Duties:

• Represent claimants in worker's compensation cases, including initial claims, hearings, and appeals.
• Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information to build strong cases.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their worker's compensation rights and benefits.
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including petitions, motions, and appeals.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
• Advocate for clients' interests in hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Stay updated on changes in worker's compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
• 1-6 years of experience practicing worker's compensation law, focusing on representing claimants.
