Duties:

  • Manage a caseload from inception through trial and resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and oversee research tasks delegated to paralegals.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents, and reports.

  • Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality legal work.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Florida Bar License (Required).
