Location:

Duties:

  • Handle complex estate and trust litigation matters.

  • Conduct legal research and draft precise legal documents, including motions, briefs, and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.
  • Maintain organized records and case files, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of foundational litigation experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Estate and Trust litigation is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work with precision and efficiency.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
