Duties:

• Led and managed SEC enforcement matters and white-collar defense investigations.

• Engage with regulatory bodies, including the SEC, PCAOB, and DOJ.
• Conduct thorough research and provide strategic legal advice.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring persuasive and insightful arguments.
• Collaborate closely with a team of high-performing attorneys on various high-stakes cases.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in SEC enforcement matters, financial reporting, and auditor liability.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active and in good standing Bar membership in Washington, DC.
