Location:

Duties:

  • Independently manage litigation cases from initiation through resolution under partner oversight

  • Prepare and argue motions, attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials/arbitrations

  • Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda

  • Conduct thorough legal research on procedural and substantive matters

  • Review case documents and filings with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Interact professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

  • Engage in business development and client relationship management

  • Collaborate with legal team members and provide mentorship to junior associates

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of litigation experience in a private law firm setting

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads independently

  • Strong client service orientation and professional demeanor

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
