Duties:

  • Perform administrative legal tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, with a focus on estate planning and trust administration.
  • Experience in business law (preferred).
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based software and legal research databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education:
