Senior Associate Attorney with personal injury experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney to join our legal team in Hackensack, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation law, legal drafting, and litigation, with the ability to handle a variety of legal matters. Experience in personal injury law is a plus.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on complex legal matters.
• Manage a caseload and ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Collaborate with partners and other team members on legal strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong background in commercial litigation law.
• Personal injury experience is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in New Jersey.

Skills:

• Proficiency in relevant areas such as securities law, personal injury law, and patent law.
• Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents.
• Experience with Lexis-Nexis or other legal research tools.
• Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Familiarity with law office procedures and practices.
