Duties:

  • Assist clients with estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and other related documents.

  • Represent clients in probate matters and assist with estate administration.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and legal briefs.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters and develop tailored legal strategies for clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear, timely communication and legal guidance.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic and professional background in law.
  • Experience or interest in estate planning, corporate and business planning, and tax law.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on complex legal matters.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in the State of Georgia (required).

Skills:

  • Strong legal research, writing, and drafting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
