Location: Warrington, PA
A law firm seeks an experienced and dedicated Associate Attorney to join its legal team in Warrington, PA. This role involves handling a variety of legal matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate is a proactive legal professional with strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to case management.
Prepare and draft legal pleadings, motions, notices of hearings, and court orders.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, and codes.
Ensure accurate and timely updates to the case management system to maintain data integrity.
Represent clients in court proceedings and attend hearings as required.
Travel to client locations and court appearances as necessary.
Perform additional legal tasks as assigned by senior attorneys or firm leadership.
Active member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar; additional state admissions are a plus.
Strong litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery, and drafting pleadings.
Proficiency in legal case management systems and timekeeping software preferred.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with attorneys, clients, and staff.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word.
Valid driver’s license required.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
Additional bar admissions are advantageous.
Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
Effective litigation and courtroom advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent client service and negotiation capabilities.
High proficiency in legal technology and document drafting.
Office-based role with a moderate noise level.
Occasional travel required for court appearances and client meetings.
Collaborative team setting with opportunities for professional growth.
