A law firm seeks an experienced and dedicated Associate Attorney to join its legal team in Warrington, PA. This role involves handling a variety of legal matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. Duties

  • Prepare and draft legal pleadings, motions, notices of hearings, and court orders.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with attorneys, clients, and staff.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications
