Senior Corporate Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Associate Attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong mergers and acquisitions skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of maturity and business sense.
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission by motion.
