Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Trust Associate to join its Finance & Banking Practice Group. This role focuses on structured finance transactions, particularly representing trustees and collateral agents. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in structured finance. Location:

Duties:

• Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.

• Provide legal counsel on structured finance matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.

• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of legal experience, preferably in structured finance.

• Strong understanding of corporate trust and collateral agent representation.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in good standing.
