Location:

Duties:

• Provide trust and estate planning and administration services for high-net-worth clients.

• Advise on relevant state and federal tax laws.

• Assist with succession planning, lifetime giving, and charitable giving.

• Address estate and income taxation issues.

• Develop tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in trust and estate planning and administration.

• Strong technical, professional, and client service skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy abilities.

• Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.

Education:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.

Skills:

• Expertise in trust and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.

• Knowledge of state and federal tax laws.

• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including corporate, employment, real estate, and litigation lawyers.
