Duties

• Handle personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution, including both pre-litigation and litigation phases
• Provide expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring that their interests are always the top priority
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients
• Maintain detailed records of case progress and client communications
• Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely case resolution
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Texas law license in good standing
• Proven knowledge and experience in personal injury law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high ethical standards
• Experience in both pre-litigation and litigation phases of personal injury cases preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
