Duties:

    • Oversee complex legal matters and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Client Management:

    • Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with firm leadership to set strategic goals and objectives.
    • Mentor and guide junior attorneys in the capital markets practice.
  • Practice Expansion:

    • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the capital markets practice area.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Portable Business:

    • Must have a portable business in the capital markets practice area.
  • Book of Business:

    • Possess a self-sustaining book of business of at least $1 million.
  • Bar Admission:

    • Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in the state of Florida.

Skills:
