Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in patent law as a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent.
• Expertise in molecular biology, biochemistry, biomedical sciences, or a closely related scientific field.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex technical concepts and translate them into precise legal documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation.

Education:

• Doctorate (Ph.D.) in molecular biology, biochemistry, biomedical sciences, or a related discipline.

Certifications:

• Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent.
