Duties

• Analyze various types of claims, including first-party coverage matters.
• Handle complex litigation, providing strategic legal advice to clients.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare clear, persuasive written briefs and legal documents.
• Draft and respond to motions, discovery requests, and pleadings.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and case management plans.
• Ensure accurate and organized case file maintenance and administrative hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Litigation experience, with a focus on coverage matters preferred.
• Active bar license in any state.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing a demanding caseload.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to handle complex legal matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in any state.
