Job Duties:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and well-researched work product.
  • Meet deadlines and perform all assigned work duties effectively.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Adhere to firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities as required (e.g., computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, meetings).
  • Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in Texas.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in investment funds, including private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
  • Experience with secondary transactions, separately managed accounts, and carry vehicles preferred.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Good business judgment and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
