A law firm in New York City is actively seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, including representing both borrowers and lenders, as well as experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Duties:

• Handle real estate transactions, including finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
• Conduct due diligence and title reviews.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
