Duties:

• Represent clients in various civil litigation matters, including construction, business, and employment disputes
• Provide legal counsel and strategies for clients facing complex legal issues
• Prepare, file, and argue motions in court
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and contracts
• Manage caseloads efficiently and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on complex cases
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with legal developments and trends

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in construction, business, or employment law
• Active license to practice law in Wisconsin at the time of application
• Proven track record of handling litigation matters from start to finish
• Ability to analyze legal issues and develop effective strategies
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
