Job Title: Real Estate Attorney - Investment Funds Group

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Investment Funds Group. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, with a strong analytical mindset, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options. Candidates with knowledge of securities offerings are encouraged to apply.

Duties:

• Advise clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals.
• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents related to real estate investments.
• Provide counsel on complex real estate transactions and related matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and clients to develop effective strategies and solutions.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with deadlines and client expectations.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in laws, and market conditions affecting real estate investments.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment to address legal challenges and client needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters in real estate transactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive writing.
• Capacity to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Delaware.
