This remote position is perfect for an attorney licensed in Florida or Georgia who has experience in civil litigation and document review. Duties:

  • Review and analyze legal documents to identify key issues and provide support for ongoing litigation.
  • Manage and organize a high volume of case-related documents efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in the document review process.
  • Assist senior attorneys in preparing case files and discovery responses.
  • Work with case management systems to track and update case progress.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to ensure timely and thorough document analysis.
  • Communicate with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive case materials.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida (other state licenses are a plus, but Florida Bar admission is required).
  • Previous experience with document review and civil litigation is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of case management systems and document organization.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
