Location:

Duties:

  • Lead a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional client service
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and litigation in family law cases
  • Develop strategies that align with clients' long-term goals and empower them to make informed decisions
  • Manage a caseload focused on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support
  • Provide counsel and advice to clients on both legal and personal matters related to their cases
  • Collaborate with a remote team and contribute to the firm’s client-centered mission
  • Assist clients by connecting them with additional resources, such as counselors, financial planners, and more
  • Attract new clients and serve as a positive ambassador for the firm

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law (Colorado Family Law experience required)
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to legal challenges, both inside and outside of the courtroom
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and deliver difficult truths
  • Ability to manage and lead a team while working collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to client-centered practice
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance
  • Proficiency with technology to facilitate remote work and efficient case management

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active member of the Colorado Bar in good standing
