Key Responsibilities:

  • Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials, and provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal memoranda.

  • Handle discovery processes, including document review, interrogatories, and witness preparation.

  • Stay current with legal trends and developments in healthcare and energy litigation.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for experience in healthcare and/or energy litigation.
    • Demonstrated courtroom experience and case management capabilities.
  • Education:
    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Licensure and Certifications:
    • Active license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania is required.
