Lateral Antitrust Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation and investigations
• Handle DOJ and FTC civil conduct investigations and criminal enforcement matters
• Provide strategic legal advice on complex antitrust matters
• Draft legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadings
• Conduct thorough legal research on antitrust laws and regulations
• Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in antitrust law and litigation
• Strong knowledge of antitrust law
• Experience with DOJ/FTC investigations or government service is preferred
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (or eligibility to apply)
